The Coin Legacy
A Token Reminder to Pray
Shortly after the tragedy of September 11, 2001, the Presidential Prayer Team introduced a special prayer coin. For thousands of Americans, that coin became much more than a keepsake. It served as a daily reminder to pray for our nation, our leaders, and God’s protection and guidance over America.
Many carried it in their pocket, kept it on their desk, or placed it where they would see it every day. Whenever they touched or noticed the coin, they were reminded of their commitment to pray.
Now, as America celebrates 250 years, the Presidential Prayer Team is honored to reintroduce this tradition through a new limited-edition commemorative prayer coin.
This beautiful coin honors the ministry’s original post-9/11 prayer coin while celebrating America’s historic 250th. It is designed to be a visible, tangible reminder that our nation still needs prayer — and that every believer can take part.
