Dear Prayer Partner,

     As we step into our 25th anniversary year, our hearts are filled with gratitude for all God has done — and with expectation for what lies ahead. If the next 25 years are anything like the last, we hope to continue witnessing His faithful hand upon The Presidential Prayer Team and upon our nation.

     We do not want this milestone year to pass without personally touching the many members who have carried the heavy lifting of continual prayer — some for all 25 years. For many years we have received deep appreciation from leaders who understand the importance and value of the prayers of God’s people. This includes kind and meaningful words from our current President and First Lady, Donald J. Trump and Melania Trump.

     This year we are launching a special season we are calling “Grateful for the Faithful.” In the months ahead — beginning in September and continuing through the final quarter of the year — we will be sending a meaningful expression of thanks to many of you. We look forward to sharing more details soon.

A Brief Report on Where We Stand

     Nearly 90 days ago we shared an unexpected crisis that required significant adjustments. Many of you have been checking in and asking for an update, and we are grateful for your concern.

     In short, we experienced the sudden loss of a longtime board leader and faithful partner whose multi-year commitment had underwritten a substantial portion of our daily operations. We miss her deeply. More than anything, she wanted to build up The Presidential Prayer Team and keep America praying.

     As a result, we have reduced our overall operations by 42%, keeping our focus tightly on the primary mission of calling America to pray for its leaders. Some important related ministries have had to be placed on hold for now.

     By God’s grace and with the help of faithful partners, we were still able to launch Pray the Vote 2026 and strengthen our two primary email daily and weekly deliveries by providing richer content and making them easier for members to read and use. We are also preparing for our 25th anniversary month, which begins in just 10 days.

     We remain encouraged. God has sustained us, and we continue to move forward with purpose.

An Invitation

     As we enter this significant season, we still need the steady support of all of our members. Your prayers and partnership remain essential as we rebuild and more broadly strengthen the foundation for the years ahead.

Shortly after the tragedy of September 11, 2001, The Presidential Prayer Team introduced a special prayer coin. For thousands of Americans, that coin became much more than a keepsake. It served as a daily reminder to pray for our nation, our leaders, and God’s protection and guidance over America.

Many carried it in their pocket, kept it on their desk, or placed it where they would see it every day. Whenever they touched or noticed the coin, they were reminded of their commitment to pray.

Now, as America prepares to celebrate 250 years, The Presidential Prayer Team is honored to reintroduce this tradition through a new limited-edition commemorative prayer coin.

This beautiful coin honors the ministry’s original post-9/11 prayer coin while looking ahead to America’s historic 250th celebration. It is designed to be a visible, tangible reminder that our nation still needs prayer - and that every believer can take part.
