    Dear Beloved Members,

    As we begin our 26th year of ministry, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. For a quarter century, faithful members like you have helped make prayer for our nation's leaders a daily reality. The Lord has sustained this work through every season, and your partnership has been a vital part of that story.

    Forty Days. One Great Responsibility.

    We are only 40 days from the midterm elections. With that closeness comes a weight we do not take lightly. Because of the broad outreach God has given this ministry among the praying community, our focus must now turn fully to Pray the Vote.

    Research has consistently shown that people of faith represent one of the largest civic constituencies in the nation. As believers participate faithfully in the election process, they have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our country.

    Why This Election Matters

    This midterm election matters because the leaders we the people elect will make decisions that affect families, communities, churches, and future generations. The Founders established a civic privilege that, as Christians, we have the responsibility to approach with prayer, thoughtful engagement, and faithful participation.

    A Mountain of Cost — and an Honest Need

    We are facing a mountain of costs to operate the daily functions of The Presidential Prayer Team and to take on the additional responsibility of Pray the Vote between now and Election Day.

    As I shared several months ago, we suddenly lost a large promised annual grant when a board member — with us since 2003 — passed away. Help quickly arrived from hundreds of members. Your generosity built a 100-day bridge. It gave us the time we needed to make significant operational reductions while beginning the work of rebuilding support through new members and partners.

    We are grateful beyond words! 

    Today, our greatest challenge is funding the work before us. Yet with your help, we can fully deliver the Pray the Vote outreach planned for these final weeks before Election Day while continuing to provide daily prayer resources without interruption.

    Through Pray the Vote, people receive election information, voter resources, and prayer guidance. In the final 30 days before Election Day alone, millions visit Pray the Vote seeking trusted resources to help them participate in the election process. At a time when so many voices are sowing division, Pray the Vote exists to point people toward prayer, thoughtful engagement, and hope.
