Dear Prayer Partner,

    We are a lean ministry by design — intentionally prudent with every resource. From day one, we have owned and operated our own advanced systems so we can reach millions of Americans every day through email, text, and web — at a fraction of the cost of most ministries doing similar work.

    By God’s grace, our focused team continues to deliver one of the largest, most consistent prayer impacts in the nation.

    For more than 25 years and through five presidential administrations, we have faithfully informed and equipped believers to pray specifically, consistently, and biblically for our leaders — from the President on down. You have come to trust us because we remain non-partisan, independent, and firmly grounded in Scripture.

    You may have heard -- recently we faced an unexpected and significant challenge: one of our earliest and most faithful supporters — a founding friend and volunteer board member — went home to be with the Lord.

    For many years, her extraordinary generosity represented a very large portion of our monthly funding. When that support was suddenly interrupted, it created a major financial gap at precisely the time we were preparing for our 25th anniversary year and launching important national initiatives, including the 250 Vigil and Pray the Vote 2026.

    While it was a surprise to us, it was not a surprise to our Heavenly Father. We fully trust that He has His perfect plan unfolding before us.

    We are greatly encouraged to report that, as of this letter, God’s people have already responded by replacing nearly 14% of her monthly support.  We have also readjusted our operational costs to stay well within whatever God provides each month. Your faithfulness is making a real difference.

    While we are working hard to protect most of the programs that serve our members, you may notice a few temporary adjustments. Some online and email services are being scaled back, and we have reduced office hours and staff workload. However, we will continue to maintain membership services for a few hours and days each week. Please know these adjustments are temporary as we work through this season.

    As a PPT member, you might naturally ask, “What can I do to help?” The answer is: pray for us and give as you are able. While millions use our services every day, only a faithful few carry the majority of the load. We are now actively working to broaden that base.

    We believe there has never been a more important time for this work. But we cannot do it alone. The future strength and impact of The Presidential Prayer Team now depends upon faithful friends and prayer partners like you who believe this mission must continue.

A Token Reminder to Pray

Shortly after the tragedy of September 11, 2001, the Presidential Prayer Team introduced a special prayer coin. For thousands of Americans, that coin became much more than a keepsake. It served as a daily reminder to pray for our nation, our leaders, and God’s protection and guidance over America.

Many carried it in their pocket, kept it on their desk, or placed it where they would see it every day. Whenever they touched or noticed the coin, they were reminded of their commitment to pray.

Now, as America prepares to celebrate 250 years, the Presidential Prayer Team is honored to reintroduce this tradition through a new limited-edition commemorative prayer coin.
